Lisa Hawkins - Owner/Master Cut & Color Specialist
As a child, Lisa had the ability to look at people and see ways to improve and enhance their natural beauty. Besides formal training in New Jersey, she has had schooling in New York City, Paris, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Lisa has had the honor of working in the top salons in New York and Houston for the past 20 years. 

“Starting out as a colorist in New York City I learned to be quick, because everyone in New York is in a huge hurry. People will pay you for being expedient.” says Lisa. And today in a more laid back environment her clients still appreciate her speed, where they can be transformed with cut and color on their lunch break. 

Lisa specializes in cuts and corrective color. She loves for all of her clients to have cuts and beautiful, natural looking color that reflects their personalities. In addition to salon work, Lisa has done hair and make-up for film, theatre, print ads, pageants, and runway. She has also traveled and taught cutting techniques in salons and on stage throughout the Midwest and East Coast.

Lisa now enjoys living with her family in Navarre; however, she regularly travels to larger cities to keep up on the latest styles and technologies.
Lisa also takes pride in making Brava Hair Studio & Day Spa a Wellness Facility. She and her staff do their best to keep the spa's environment carcinogen free! 


Favorite Product
I love the new GloMinerals lip crayons- they go on so smooth and feel fantastic - I keep them everywhere- in my purse, my car, my vanity, my pocket, my station at work...I also love my revitalash - my lashes are growing and growing- it really works!! And our new Blink Mascara makes them look even longer. 

However my favorite new find is Cellex C Ageless 15 combined with Hydra B5 - my fine lines are gone (and no Botox this time!). 
 
Sayuri Johns - Spa Coordinator & Manager
Sayuri come to us from Osaka, Japan. She has a wonderful sense of style and enjoys making all of our guests feel at home at Brava. Sayuri plans wonderful spa parties and can organize your pre-wedding services, to make your special day totally relaxing and stress free. 

Sayuri also travels to Tokyo each year and brings back to the salon wonderful hair cutting and style books that are very ahead of the times and our clients love them!!


Favorite Product:
Incharge Flexible Styling Spray is an incredible styling spray that never leaves any flakes and always stands up against the humidity. I use it on my daughter before school at the Ballet Academy each day and her bun stays in place class after class! Another favorite is my beautiful long eyelashes that Lylla put on me 2 weeks ago. My eyes look great even when I don’t wear any makeup! And I get compliments daily! 
Paris Sturt - Spa Coordinator / Makeup Artist
Having grown up in salons her whole life, Paris has deep rooted knowledge of products as well as services. She has attended classes, shows, and workshops since she was a small child- sometimes as a model, sometimes assisting her mom Lisa, and sometimes just watching. She has advanced certifications in Makeup Artistry and has done makeup for Fashion Shows, Album Covers, Runway Shows, and Weddings. Currently Paris is in Cosmetology School and soon will be our Junior Stylist- once her Florida License is obtained. Paris is also a certified Pureologist and has recently been assistant to "Lifetime Achievement Award" winner Martin Parsons. Paris loves to travel and attends large international shows as well as visiting multiple salons and spas in every city she visits (one of her favorite ways to get new ideas!).

Senior Christal Davis - Cut & Color Specialist / Hair Extentionist / Master Up Hair Artist
Christal has always been interested in bringing out the beauty in others since she was a little girl. She has had international training in color and uphair styles under the top artist’s in the beauty industry. Her favorite accomplishment is having studied personally under “Lifetime Achievement in Hair” winner Martin Parsons. She loves traveling with the Brava team and finding out what is new in styles, products, and techniques. 

Christal has a natural talent for making clients feel good about themselves and bringing out their personal style in truly a unique experience.

My favorite Product lately has been Kevin Murphy Anti Gravity. It gives my clients lots of volume and has an incredible aroma ~ as do all of the Kevin Murphy products! Kevin Murphy hair spray is also the best ever!! It is a light to firm hold- but pliable and easy to work with.

Tami Spear - Designer Hair Stylist 
Since she was a child, Tami had a passion for becoming a hairstylist. She loves helping people feel good about themselves by bringing out their best features. "It's so rewarding to see my clients leave with a smile on their face" says Tami. After attending cosmetology school locally 3 years ago, Tami has been to numerous hair shows and classes. After an intense apprenticeship at Brava, she is now our star Designer Hair Stylist. She shares Brava's philosophy "The hair industry is forever changing, therefore it is extremely important to have advanced education in today's latest trends and techniques". 




Miranda Meyer - Aesthetician
After her first facial in a spa Miranda became extremely passionate about the career she would choose for her self. As an Aesthetician she is educated, caring, and always loyal to her guest.

Miranda began her Aesthetics career in Texas where she attended the Dallas International Congress of Esthetics and worked in Dallas’s top Medical Spas.

Specializes in Brazilian Waxing, Chemical Exfoliations, Anti Aging and Acne Facials. She has advanced training in Obagi, Cellex C, GloTherapeutics, GloMinerals, Jane Iradale, and Aromatherapy.

Jill Mcoy - Massage Therapist
Jill’s love of helping people feel good and be healthier led her to a career in massage therapy. She specializes in deep tissue and loves to work on isolated areas - such as shoulders. She is also certified in Hot Lava Shell massages, a deep heat massage that is exclusive here at Brava! Jill also loves pampering her clients with body scrubs, exfoliations, and body wraps.

I love my Brazilian Straightner! My hair is smooth and silky- I can wear it straight or wavy- with no frizz. I also use the Pureology Super straight system. 

Our new Seda France candles and room spray are good enough to eat! Our clients compliment us all day on how yummy we smell. And the packaging is amazing - they call it “the gifts that come already wrapped”. 
Tabitha Thompson - Massage Therapist
As a child Tabitha would give her mom massages when she returned home after long hours working as a waitress. It is then that Tabitha developed a passion for helping people by relieving their stress and muscle tension. Tabitha now specializes in Deep Tissue massage and loves the therapeutic value it has for her clients. She also loves hot salt stone massages- she believes it truly invigorates her clients.
